In order to maximize your ROI, you need to make sure you’re generating as many leads as possible through Google Local Service Ads (LSAs). Luckily, there are several ways to generate more leads from LSAs than you may realize, so I’ll discuss five of my favorite ways to do so in this article.
Use the relevant keywords
You must use specific keywords in your ad if you want leads who are actually looking for what you have to offer. For example, if your company provides lawn care, then don’t simply say lawn care in your ad. Rather, be more descriptive by saying Lawncare: We edge, trim, and blow off shrubs free of charge!
Create a Lead Ad
Using local service ads (LSAs) for lead generation is a great way to reach customers in your community. LSAs are free and can be set up right within your google ad account. Just select Services as your ad type, enter keywords related to your business, choose cities you want to target, and add an additional phone number field at the bottom of your ad—you can do all of that right in google ads.

Optimize your landing page
After you’ve come up with a handful of ideas for headlines, it’s time to optimize your landing page. Optimizing your landing page means you're writing copy that speaks directly to your audience, says Jackson. The goal is not only that they click on your headline but also that they take some action, whether it's signing up for a webinar or giving out their email address. Use our list of 20 tips as a reference, and get creative!
Promote via social media
You can use social media to help drive traffic. There are lots of ways you can do it. You can share a link in your Facebook profile, tweet about it on Twitter, pin it on Pinterest or share a photo on Instagram. If you have lots of friends and followers on social media platforms then people will see your posts more often and might click through as well. The key is not spamming people all day, but posting content that interests them so they want to learn more about it.
Optimize your conversion funnel
Now that you’ve got new visitors coming in from your ads, it’s time to make sure you keep them around and turn them into customers. What are some strategies for doing that? You could try creating high-quality lead magnets (free guides, whitepapers, ebooks, etc.) and deliver them on a landing page. Or set up a mailing list to start communicating with your audience on a regular basis.
